Here’s a brief history of The Kentish Chocolate Company….
Graham, our chocolatier, was a chef in various restaurants and hotels for 25 years. Whilst working as a pastry chef, he trained with the reknowned Belgian chocolatier, Callebaut and his love of all things chocolate was born!
He set up The Kentish Chocolate Company in late 2010 and it has been going strong ever since.
